In Poland one can too often achieve success without work. The common thinking is that it is acceptable to have money and position regardless of the way. But it is work that is the fundamental factor of development that shapes personality, that helps overcome weakness and stabilises spiritual growth. Moreover, work should be the main source of income. Even failures at work, rightly understood, can become elements of growth. Therefore, restoring the role of work as the main factor of creating income and building one’s position in society is a very important element to build Poland about which many generations of Poles dream.
